Don't ever buy Behringer gear

Ever. Ever. Ever.
I just bought that fab load of new pedals from RGT, and then my amp starts crapping out again. Some of you might remember me complaining about this a couple months ago. Well, it happened again, and this time it seems to be getting permanent.
And I'm
TWENTY FOUR FREAKING HOURS AWAY
from an audition with a loud band!
At least it's not the speakers - the line input still works, and so do the speakers. It's the *@#%& preamp that's dying. (And no, I already tried running my pedalboard directly into the effects return - no such luck.
Okay, so I need suggestions - like, RIGHT NOW - for me to drum up alot of money QUICKLY so I can walk out of Guitar Center/Sam Ash tomorrow with a new amp. So I need some money suggestions. Seriously, I need an amp like *YESTERDAY*.

Yeah, I hated my Behringer amp. I'm scared to buy a Bugera because it's from Behringer.
Sorry to hear that mate!! If you lived within 50 miles of here I'd walk all the way with my amp to let you borrow it. D:

1) Find a cheap used Crate SS head and use your combo as just a speaker cab.
2) Rent or borrow an amp.
3) Get a preamp/processor that you can run direct to the PA.
4) Didn't you do a thread on the .22 Caliber? Might not be powerful enough, though

If you can't use the effect return then something's wrong with the power amp.

I would think so too, but if the power amp was at fault then I'd not be able to run a stereo into the line-input and get full volume.
I've considered the head w/ current combo as speaker cabinet suggestion. Glad to hear I'm not the only one who thought of it.
I've also considered borrowing an amp. I wonder if Zach would let me borrow a Titan for awhile ...
Thanks for the help guys, I'll get it figured out. If worse comes to worse, then one of the car loans is just gonna have to wait. AH GOTS TA HAVE MAH ROCK!!!

Not always. It could the FX loop jack that's switches the loop on and off suffering a mechanical failure.

Solid state crates are damn cheap on Craigs. You could probably pick one up for under $100.
I thought you had another amp.

sorry to hear that. That's the exact reason I've never bought a Behringer product.
know any friends with a half stack you could borrow for a day?

You know I was interested in the Windsor for awhile. Really cool amp; only problem was that it just didn't have QUITE enough gain for me, and I heard that the cleans were a bit quiet.
I'll be able to scrounge up between 400 and 700 USD if I make the car payment wait until next month (sucks, but I've had to do it before). I'm beginning to like the idea of a B-52 AT-112 combo in that price range; it's 60 watts, and I could use my existing Behringer speakers to make a 2x12 cab for it (which should handle 70 watts, each speaker is rated 70 watts RMS). All the demos I've seen of the B-52 make it sound good clean, and it has some pretty chunky overdrive to it as well. I think I might be happy with that ... will try one out tomorrow.
Other suggestions?

70 watts x 2 = 140 watts.
I think you're safe.

Orly? I didn't think speaker wattage doubled up like that ....
In that case, I can look at 100 watt heads, not just combos! This emergency might work out in my favor and keep the wife from screaming when I bring home a new head!

Each speaker counts. Like my Windsor cab, four 75 watt speakers = 300 watts.
You'll make do with a 100 watt head.
