Now that the cooler weather is upon us ... finally ... Noticed my guitars necks all seem to be very flat , no relief , and strings buzzing ... grrrrrrr!!!! Time to get out the truss rod wrench and make some Winter adjustments ...
Just like to mention the best way of TR adjusting .... Most people just put a wrench on it and turn away .. This puts a lot of stress on the rod and adjustment nut

... We've found over the years , that it's better to put some (LIGHT) pressure on the neck with your hand and with the headstock supported , actually bend the neck in the direction you want it to go , and then turn the nut to "catch up" with the bend , greatly reducing pressure on the TR nut and area...
And every several years , remove the adjusting nut if you can and put a little grease on the threads ... We have many old guitars , that treated this way, still play well and have the original TR hardware ... A little proper maintenance goes a long way ... Just FYI
