So I suppose my next question would be what does "phase in/out" do? As has been said before, I'm not very experienced so I am not familiar with this.
Also, I have found a large variety of locking tuners on StewMac. Thing is, the reviews on the grover locking tuners say that the sperzels are crap, the Sperzel rrreviews say everything else is crap, the steinberger reviews say that it is without doubt the best, even though a bit expensive, and this pattern continues with just about all of the different types. One thing I like about the Sperzels and Planet Waves is that they come in black. I would love to have all the hardware on this project black, that would just be awesome.
So, do any of you have a recommendation for what combo of locking tuners and tremelo I should use? (preferably in non-glossy black)

EDIT: Also, I would want a tele 6 on a side head, so that is a requirement for the tuners
