I know you are.

The final verdict is that the frets are uneven and so is the nut, but the kicker is that the truss rod only adjusts half of the neck, it is not correcting anything past the 16th fret. And what gets corrected is twisting the neck.

No, it is a set neck.

I reached out to Indie Guitars to see if they can help me out. The guitar is out of warranty but since I have purchased two guitars from them (returning customer) I may have a shot. I just emailed them last night so I do not expect a reply this week.

Well, Indie has had my guitar for over a week now and they have finally looked at it and determined that the neck is warped. I had to email and call them them several times to get a response. If they feel like it my guitar (replacement) will ship out today, otherwise maybe tomorrow because they have been very busy. That really gets me warm and fuzzy because they treat me like a valued customer.

Sorry, I am just venting...
