well i did it and all the strings were fine except the low e it was buzzing and i just installed the d tuna so i was really upset about this buzzing and i didn't know if it had to do with the d tuna so i changed the 46 back to 42 and there was no buzzing

Now that's odd. If anything, the .42 should buzz before the .46. Where was the buzz coming from? I've had loose parts make me think my string was buzzing when it wasn't.

it was so annoying it buzzed from like the 3rd fret to the 12th and so on

It sounds like it was possibly a problem with the saddle. Larger strings have more tension which, if anything, should raise the action. I would try it again.
