A left or right handed locking nut?

I'm buying a Jackson reversed headstock for my guitar and I was wondering, it has a reversed head so would I need a left handed nut instead of a right handed one?
It has to be a floyd rose 1-11/16" locking nut for the neck
and also should I use left handed tuners as well?

The nut is cut for the stings, so if you are still going to play it right handed, you need a right handed nut.

I've never given any thought to the tuners before, but I believe you need left hand.

You also need to know the width of your neck at the nut. There are two sizes.
