I have two 2 wire humbuckers on a Les Paul configuration that I need to wire with push pull pots.

Basically the guitar currently has a 4 wire JB/Jazz set wired for push pull and I need to remove them and install the factory 2 wire hum pups back in, but I do not want to remove the push pull pots.

Help!!!

You can leave the pots in and just wire the pots not the push-pull.

the lower dpdt switch should be the push pull switch, just ignore those.

I see, ignore all 6 pins.

So all I have is in, ground and out.

Yup, just use the three prongs that you normally use on a normal pot Smiley

I must confess, it seems a waste of good PP pots ...  Facepalm  New, standard  pots are cheap ... Might save the PP ones for another “project” ...

The tech had to drill bigger holes to fit pots. Standard pots do not fit anymore.

Ran into this problem before , a couple short pieces of heat shrink tubing around the bottom of the pot screw post serve to fill the gap  caused by the larger hole ...   easy fix , and it lasts ... Wink

Thanks for the tip but I don't have the original pots either. So, it is all rewired with the original pickups and tested OK. It will ship back to Indie today. It turns out that they don't have the same color model I had which is this:

So instead I am getting this one:

Which to be honest suits me better.  Cheesy
